Preparation and Position

You will be placed on a bed in a semi-sitting position. The room will be heated to a comfortable 30°C, allowing for therapeutic breathing without drastic measures.

Start of the Treatment

To begin the treatment, we incense the room with pure organic mint to help remove toxins from the body. We then prepare an inhalation in a bowl of hot water, which you will inhale for 10 minutes.

Extract Dose and Aromatherapy

After 10 minutes, you will receive an organic mint extract shot to cleanse your intestines and digestive system, and organic mint aromatherapy will be applied to your inner wrists and temples.

Warm Compress and Relaxation

We will place a warm compress on your forehead and wrap you in a blanket. Afterwards, you will listen to relaxing music and breathe calmly in the herbal hut for 45 minutes.

Conclusion and Counseling

After 45 minutes, we will serve you warm organic mint tea to conclude the treatment. Afterwards, you can take a stroll through the resort and discuss your concerns with the therapist. The therapist will advise you on how to proceed and what you can do at home. You will also learn the basics of therapeutic inhalations, aromatherapy, and compresses.

This treatment can also be adapted using different procedures depending on the client’s needs.
