
For insomnia, we recommend this method:
To begin with, NO STRESS drops for the first ten days - beginning of biodynamic regeneration of the central nervous system and healing of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides.
Simultaneously with the drops, brew BIO lavender tea regularly 2 times a day (in case you are taking antidepressants - in the morning BIO green tea with Lavandula Bohemia for detoxification and then at lunch and in the evening BIO lavender).
Prepare 6g of tea (2 teaspoons/0.5l, water 70°C - just turn off the kettle before boiling point)
Apply the organic essential oil directly to the arteries on the palms of your hands and temples.
On hot days, use organic lavender-harmonized water instead of tea in the evening.
In case of an attack, drink 1 dl of water with 5 drops of organic essential oil, ideally have a drop of NO STRESS ready and put 5 drops on the tongue or take it in 1 dl of water.
We recommend regular walks of at least 6 km per day or physical activity to increase adrenaline and reduce natural fatigue. Avoid eating and drinking lightly for at least 3 hours before bedtime. This way, you won't overwhelm your metabolic processes while you calm down and fall asleep. If you feel very tired, take a foot bath and add about 10 drops of the oil to your bath (in the toilet). For migraines, add 5 drops to 1 liter of water and drink it for immediate relief.
