Returns and Complaints

 

If you need to return a package or file a complaint, please follow the instructions below. If you're unsure what to do, you can email us at info@moleculesoflife.eu or call us at +420 722 114 943 from Monday to Friday (8 AM to 4 PM).


 

Product Returns

 

Changed your mind about your purchase? You have the right to return the products within the legal 14-day period.

Please return the package to the following address within this timeframe, at your own expense:

Please include a completed return form in your package. You can find the form here: Return Form

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, to the following contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.


 

Product Complaints

 

To file a complaint about a product, please send an email to info@moleculesoflife.eu.

In your email, please be sure to include:

  • The order number

  • The specific product(s) you are filing a complaint about

  • The reason for the complaint

  • If applicable, please attach photos to help us assess your claim.

We will do our best to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.


 

Damaged Shipments

 

Please send an email to info@moleculesoflife.eu if your package arrives damaged or incomplete.

If your package arrives damaged: Please take the following photos and attach them to your email:

  • The entire box

  • The shipping label

  • The box filler

  • Any damage to the box itself

  • The damage to the product

If your package arrived incomplete or you received an item you did not order: Please weigh the box and send us a photo of the weight. We will contact you to arrange for a pickup of the incorrect shipment and delivery of the correct items.
