You take this for at least three months. Then you skip two months, taking two pastes in a row again, and then stop again. After a year of liver care, you only need to take the organic paste twice a year.

You prepare baths and care for the affected areas. We recommend making homemade iced teas and lemonades with our organic apricot tea with Lavandula Bohemia. Instead of the pesticides, ATBs, and preservatives found in conventional iced teas, you can heal and still taste divine.

We recommend regular walks of at least 6 km per day or physical activity to increase adrenaline and reduce natural fatigue.
