Ich habe die Einnahme von Schlaftabletten abgesetzt, und obwohl mein Schlaf nicht 100 % ist, ist er genauso gut wie mit starken Tabletten. Es ist wahrscheinlich altersbedingt und auch erblich bedingt. Meine Mutter ist auch vor dem Morgen eingeschlafen.

Ich habe versucht, herauszufinden, ob sie bei Autoimmunthyreoiditis wirken, aber laut Blutwerten nicht wirklich.
Aber trotzdem war die 10-tägige Kur mit 3 Tropfen morgens und abends erfolgreich – in den ersten drei Tagen verstärkte sich die Wirkung und ließ etwa 3 Tage nach dem Ende nach – mehr Energie, besserer Schlaf, Träume, ich schlief ohne die üblichen Probleme ein (fast sofort) und wachte voller Energie auf, was in Kombination mit 5–6 Stunden Schlaf und 10–14 Stunden Arbeitseinsatz etwas Erstaunliches war (ich konnte mich sogar bei der Arbeit „entspannen“). Leider habe ich wahrscheinlich eine Überdosis genommen und war einige Wochen lang vergesslicher, suchte manchmal nach Worten und konnte mich nicht sofort erinnern, ähnlich wie bei meiner ersten COVID-Erkrankung. Zum Glück ging es am Ende vorbei.

Ich nehme es gegen Schmerzen (hauptsächlich im Kopf) und es wirkt wahrscheinlich besser als Ibalgin/Brufen, das ich wegen Migräne grundsätzlich abgesetzt und durch 3 Tropfen ersetzt habe. Auch in anspruchsvollen Phasen körperlicher oder geistiger Belastung sowie wenn wenig Zeit für Schlaf und Regeneration bleibt, sind 3 Tropfen täglich eine hervorragende Unterstützung.

Engeltropfen und Hanföl sind super, ich sehe die Wirkung. Die Riegel sind ausgezeichnet, die Distelpaste zur Entgiftung hat einen speziellen Geschmack, aber es ist machbar. Und die Tees sind ausgezeichnet, wir wechseln zwischen Lavendel, Hanf und Sanddorn und sind gesund, obwohl angeblich Grippesaison ist. :)

Ich benutze die erste Flasche und auch Lavendelpaste, die zweite...
Ich habe mich seit Jahren nicht mehr so gut gefühlt... Ehrlich gesagt versuche ich seit über einem Jahr, an meinem psychischen Wohlbefinden zu arbeiten oder meine Grenzen zu erkennen... Ich habe große Fortschritte gemacht, und die damaligen Ratschläge von Dr. H. Neumann haben mich so ermutigt, dass ich beschlossen habe, es auszuprobieren.
