Application and dosage

We recommend using the syrup twice a day—morning and evening for a month in homemade lemonades, iced teas, virgin mojitos, or even lavender Prosecco.

Preparation for prevention and for a problem-free person:

Add 0.04 liters of organic syrup to 0.5 liters of lemonade, mojito, or iced tea as a great natural sweetener with organic additives for a calm mind and a happy gut microbiome. Your cognitive functions and zest for life will improve thanks to serotonin. You’ll rise above daily stress.

To strengthen the immune system or in case of exhaustion, you can also take one teaspoon twice a day.

At the same time, you can use the syrup for smart cooking, beverage and food preparation, and smart baking. It’s excellent in salads, adding a whole new dimension, in dressings, as a substitute for sugar in cakes, and in meat sauces.
