Detailed description

Organic oats are valued for their high content of natural substances such as protein, fiber, carbohydrates, starch, sterols, glycosides (e.g., vanilloside and avenin), and B vitamins. Oat flakes also contain flavonoids, minerals (e.g., iron, zinc, manganese), saponins, and silica.

Other important ingredients include vitamin E, fats, and linoleic acid. Organic oats are a popular ingredient in cosmetic creams and masks, especially for the care of sensitive and problematic skin.

Organic buckwheat is a natural source of rutin, minerals (such as copper, manganese, magnesium, and selenium) and vitamins B, C, and E. This combination of nutrients is traditionally appreciated in skin care and general nutrition.

Ingredients

Oat flakes made from sown oats and unhulled buckwheat in organic quality.

Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C.

Application and dosage

Add two tablespoons to 2 liters of non-boiled water at a temperature no higher than 70 °C and let it steep for 24 hours.
