The tea tastes good both warm in the cold months and in the hot months when served with ice as a natural iced tea. Your loved ones will be thrilled.

Ingredients

Organic apricots 26%, organic Lavandula Angustifolia Munstead 26%, organic apples 15%, organic hibiscus flowers 15%, organic orange peels 10%, organic blackberry leaves 4%, organic strawberries 2% and raspberries 2%

Application and dosage

Infusion preparation:

Pour 2 teaspoons into 0.5 liters of hot water (70–80 °C).
Let it steep for 8–10 minutes (10 minutes if your blood pressure is low).
Drink twice daily during a 14-day course to calm the body, mind, and soul.

Cold tea:

Add 2 tablespoons to 1 liter of hot water (70–80 °C).
Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
For a sour taste, add a few drops of lemon.

To achieve the optimal water temperature, do not boil the water completely — we recommend turning off the kettle before it reaches boiling point.
