Ingredients

Leaves of organic green tea from the Chinese hills Chun Mee, cut and dried flowers and stems of organic Lavandula Bohemia®

Application and dosage

Preparation for prevention and for people without complaints

Put 2 teaspoons into a cup and pour over 0.5 l of hot water (maximum 70–80 °C). Do not allow to boil completely or turn off the kettle before the water starts bubbling.

Preparation for people with low blood pressure

Put 2 teaspoons into 0.5 l of hot water (max. 70–80 °C). Do not allow it to boil completely or turn off the kettle before the water starts bubbling. Maximum one cup per day. If you feel faint or dizzy, stop for one or two days and then continue.

Preparation for people with high blood pressure or for prevention

Let 2 teaspoons steep in 0.5 l of hot water (70–80 °C). Do not boil completely or turn off the kettle before bubbling. Drink twice daily.

For a change in taste we recommend in the morning ORGANIC Earl Grey and in the evening in the same way Organic lavender tea.

Recommended brewing time:

For low blood pressure: 8 minutes
For high blood pressure: 10 minutes
