Ingredients

Organic hemp leaf 65%, organic hemp flower 15%, organic lavender flower 10%, organic lavender stem 10%

Application and dosage

1. Preparation for prevention and without health concerns

Pour 2 teaspoons into 0.5 l of hot water (70–80 °C).
Let it steep for 8-10 minutes (10 minutes for low blood pressure, 8 minutes for higher blood pressure).
Drink twice daily as part of a 14-day cure to calm digestion and the mind.

2. Preparation with low blood pressure

Pour 2 teaspoons into 0.5 l of hot water (70–80 °C).
Let it steep for 8 minutes.
Drink a maximum of 1 cup per day, preferably after 12 noon.
If you feel faint or dizzy, stop for 1-2 days and then continue.

3. Preparation with higher blood pressure

Pour 2 teaspoons into 0.5 l of hot water (70–80 °C).
Let it steep for 10 minutes.
Drink twice a day.
To achieve the optimal water temperature, do not boil the water completely – we recommend turning off the kettle before it reaches boiling point.
