Application and dosage

Infusion preparation:

Ideal preparation and use: Steep 2 teaspoons daily in 0.5 liters of water at 70 °C for 12–15 minutes.

For optimal water temperature, do not boil the water completely — we recommend turning off the kettle before it reaches boiling point.
