ORGANIC Lavandula Bohemia® – dried and cut flowers and stems

Application and dosage

Preparation for prevention in a person without health concerns:

Add 2 teaspoons to 0.5 liters of hot water (maximum 70–80 °C). Make sure the water is not boiling completely — turn off the kettle before it starts bubbling.

We recommend a 14-day treatment, morning and evening, to improve immunity and to calm the body, mind, and soul.

Preparation for people with low blood pressure:

Add 2 teaspoons to 0.5 liters of hot water (maximum 70–80 °C). Do not boil the water completely — turn off the kettle before it starts boiling.

Limit intake to one cup per day, preferably after 12 noon.

If you feel weak or faint, skip one or two days, then continue.

Preparation for prevention and people with high blood pressure:

Add 2 teaspoons to 0.5 liters of hot water at 70–80 °C. Do not boil the water completely — turn off the kettle before it bubbles.

Drink the tea twice a day.

Recommended steeping time:

For lower blood pressure: 8 minutes
For higher blood pressure: 10 minutes
