Recommendations for Use

Step 1: Fill a pot, box, bag, or hole in the ground with ready-to-sow potting soil or organic soil.

Leave pebbles and mineral chips at the bottom of the container or garden hole to help with drainage.

Smooth the soil and press it down lightly with your palm or a small hoe.

The soil surface should be about 2–5 cm below the rim of the container.

Step 2: Sow the seeds, seedlings, or bulbs and lightly cover them with soil.

Water gently using a watering can — ideally with a fine sprinkler head.

Step 3: Once the seeds have germinated, air the room frequently.

Place the seedlings in a sunny or at least bright location.

Step 4: Keep the soil evenly moist.

A spray bottle is useful for delicate watering.

Avoid soggy soil — the minerals and stones at the bottom will help prevent overwatering.

Our Tips for a Successful Gardener

Mix fine seeds with dry, fine sand.

This helps ensure even distribution of the seeds during sowing.

Maintain an ideal germination temperature between 18 °C and 22 °C.

Suitable locations include bright, sunny windowsills, preferably facing southeast or southwest.

Use organic substrate for transplanting.

Depending on the plant species, using organic soil during repotting helps maintain 100% purity and organic quality.

High-quality organic soil does not require fertilization.

Such soil is already rich in nutrients and deserves equally organic seeds or seedlings.

Avoid planting chemically bred seeds or seedlings in organic soil.

Using seeds with residues of pesticides, antibiotics, or microplastics would compromise the integrity of the soil — think of it as planting without a "birth certificate."

The soil is particularly rich in potassium.

This revitalizes the earth, supports plant health, and contributes to higher yields by returning valuable nutrients to your garden.

"To navigate the complex world of modern medicine and today's pharmaceutical business, as well as the fake news in the field of health and the charlatans who exploit human misfortune, it takes a great deal of courage to engage in a discussion with your doctors or therapists. You have to have the desire to discover, educate, investigate, and learn. Don't let the fact that you pay for health insurance discourage you from asking questions about whether a certain medicine will truly help you, what potential side effects it might have, and what other options are available. You have every right to do so. This is about your body, mind, and soul. While doctors and practitioners are there to help and offer guidance, knowledge, and treatment, ultimately, only you have the power to heal yourself."

says Helena Neumann, pediatric nurse, naturopath and founder of Lavender Valley.
