Booking and Voucher Use

– To reserve an appointment, please contact us directly.

– The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

– Cash redemption of the voucher is not possible.

– The voucher value can only be redeemed in a single purchase — it cannot be split across multiple transactions.

Refund and Exchange Policy

– Refunds: Vouchers can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

– Exchanges: After the 14-day period, the voucher can be exchanged for products of the same value.

The purchase must be completed in one transaction.

Cancellation Policy for Stays

– Cancellation 0–7 days before the stay: The voucher expires.

– Cancellation 7–14 days before the stay: 50% of the voucher value will be forfeited.

– Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: The voucher can be transferred to another stay.

For two months, Lavender Valley transforms into a blooming organic dandelion meadow — a kingdom full of sweet scents, awakening organic gardens, buzzing bees, curious insects, and chirping birds.

Autumn

An autumn stay offers not only spiritual cleansing, our loving care, and excellent seasonal cuisine, but also views of straw bales, meadows, and the hills known as "Na Mohylách."

The ORGANIC Lavandula Bohemia® is pruned into hedgehog shapes, the cherry and sour cherry trees turn deep red, and the surrounding foliage shifts into every shade from yellow to violet.
